Who we are
Pavilo is an app operated by ViovaSoft. This policy explains what information Pavilo processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
- Account information. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the account identifier and basic profile information that provider makes available, such as your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay address.
- Your library. Ideas, collections, notes, locations, dates, links and other details you save may be backed up so they remain available with your account.
- Photos and shared content. Photos you add and links or social posts you choose to import may be transferred to our service to create cards, extract useful details and provide private backup.
- Service information. We process technical request, error and job status data needed to operate, secure and improve the service. We do not include credentials or full media files in analysis audit records.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, keep your library connected to your account, process imports you request, generate and organize cards, maintain private photo backups, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and keep Pavilo reliable.
AI-assisted imports
When you ask Pavilo to import shared content, relevant text, images or video may be sent to Google Gemini for analysis. Uploaded Gemini files are deleted after processing. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use or content containing sensitive personal information.
Service providers
Pavilo uses service providers to deliver the app, including Supabase for authentication, database and private storage; Google for AI processing and Google Sign-In; Apple for Sign in with Apple; and hosting infrastructure used to run the Pavilo API. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Storage, security and retention
Account data and backups are protected using access controls tied to your authenticated account. We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide Pavilo, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can use Pavilo anonymously, sign out, or choose whether to connect Google or Apple. You can edit and remove library items in the app. To request a copy or deletion of account data, email viovasoft@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Children
Pavilo is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in their country to consent to online services. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for these transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pavilo changes. We will revise the effective date above and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app or through another reasonable channel.
