Using Pavilo
Pavilo is provided by ViovaSoft to help you save, organize and plan ideas. By using Pavilo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You may use Pavilo anonymously or connect a supported sign-in provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google or Apple account secure. Information shown by those providers is governed by their terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you add. You grant ViovaSoft the limited permission needed to host, process, transform and display that content solely to operate Pavilo. You must have the right to submit the content and must respect privacy, copyright and other applicable rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Pavilo, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, automate abusive traffic, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
AI-generated results
Pavilo may use automated systems to extract titles, places, dates and other details from content you submit. Results can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important details before relying on them, especially schedules, locations, prices and availability.
Availability and changes
Pavilo may change as it develops. We may add, remove or modify features, apply reasonable usage limits, or suspend access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance or legal compliance.
Disclaimer and liability
Pavilo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ViovaSoft does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of imported information. To the extent permitted by law, ViovaSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Pavilo.
Ending use
You may stop using Pavilo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms or where required to protect the service and its users. For account data deletion requests, contact viovasoft@gmail.com.
